Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic neurological disease typically resulting in physical deconditioning and related health concerns including muscle weakness, general fatigue, poor conditioning, and balance/gait disturbances, all of which limit participation in conditioning exercise. This is unfortunate because it is known that regular exercise can minimize deconditioning and assist those with MS to function at more optimal levels.
