Effects of Non-Aerobic Maximal Effort Exercise on Fatigue and Health-Related Quality of Life in Deconditioned Patients with Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by mental, emotional and physical fatigue; each negatively impacting physical and mental functions as well as Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQL). HRQL may be assessed with the MS Quality of Life Survey (MSQL) which includes Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS) for physical, cognitive and psychomotor perceptual subsets.
