Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a neurodegenerative disease of unknown etiology, which more frequently affects women. Mental and physical fatigue complaints are often the most disabling symptoms for an MS patient. Both are multifactorial, often brought on by aerobic exercise, and may have an abrupt onset; thereby preventing sustained physical functioning and significantly interfering with activities of daily living.
